OFF Trax Vol. 69 is the second release by Genreal Mymbloe. The album is a parody of Lapfox's ON Trax series, in particular, ON Trax Vol. 5, which was released shortly before. Each song is completely silent, and the titles are jokes referring to this.
The artwork shows Mymbloe sliced up into bloody chunks. This is a reference to the ON Trax Vol. 5 artwork, which shows the various Lapfox aliases involved in the album dissected into slices to form one whole being.
